PRINCETON, Ky. (July 4, 2016) - The Kentucky State Police is investigating a two-vehicle, injury-collision that occurred on Interstate 69, at approximately the 79 mile-marker, on Monday, July 4, at 9:51 a.m.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Lynn Slayton, 38, Louisville, KY, was operating a 2008 Saturn Outlook southbound on I-69. She was traveling in a group of three vehicles. Ms. Johnson's vehicle came to rest in the middle of the southbound lanes.

Ms. Slayton and her passengers, Ariel Slayton, 15, and Cheyanne Slayton, 12, were transported via ambulance to the Caldwell Medical Center for treatment. Ms. Johnson had to be extricated from her vehicle. She and her passenger, Tammy Walls, 43, Murray, were transported via ambulance to the Caldwell Medical Center for treatment.
