Injury Collision on County Road 1377 & County Road 1371

(Mayfield, KY) - On April 13, 2016, at approximately 1624 hours, Trooper John Gordon responded to the intersection of County Road 1371 and 1377 near Carlisle County High School, for a single vehicle injury collision. Unit 1, operated by Kimberly Wilson, was traveling west bound on County Road 1377 when she failed to negotiate a curve and ran off of the right side of the road. After exiting the road, Wilson then hit an embankment, overturnning the vehicle forward. Ms. Wilson was accompanied by a single passenger that was eleven years old. Wilson sustained minor injuries and was treated by Jackson Purchase Medical center. The eleven year old suffered from multiple broken bones and was transported by Air Evac to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Tennessee. Trooper Gordon was assisted on the scene by Milburn Fire Department and Carlisle County EMS.
