Felony Arrest in Ohio County

Beaver Dam, KY. (September 17, 2016) - Kentucky State Police and Ohio County Sheriff's Department received a tip of drug activity taking place at 3457 Taylor Mine Road of Beaver Dam. Through investigation officers discovered a loaded syringe containing an unknown dark substance along with various other items used for the consumption of Methamphetamine. Additional items were also discovered in the residence indicating the trafficking of prescription pills. Nikka and Cody Elms were placed under arrest, and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center on the following charges: Poss. Cont. Sub. 1st Deg., 1st Off (Methamphetamine); Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess; Theft of a legend Drug 1st Offense or Value U/$300; Traff. In Legend Drugs 1st Offense; Illegal Possession of Legend Drug; Prescription Cont Sub Not Proper Contain 1st Off.
