Felony Arrest After Traffic Stop

Henderson County, KY. (June 14, 2016) - Kentucky State Police Trooper Owens conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by James F Wallace, age 48 of Henderson, on Rudy Rd near Cairo, KY. During the course of the stop, it was discovered that Mr. Wallace was in possession of Methamphetamine. Mr. Wallace was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center on the following charges: Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Deg 1st Off- Methamphetamine, Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operators License, and Drug Paraphernalia- Buy/Possess.
