Russell County injury collision

Russell Springs, Ky. (September 26, 2016) - Tpr. Jason Warinner is investigating a collision that occurred today at 7:54 AM CST on KY 379, 2 miles south of Russell Springs. 25-year-old Wesley Flatt, of Russell Springs, was operating a southbound 2002 Nissan SUV, on KY 379, when he crossed the centerline and struck a northbound 2011 KIA SUV operated by 65-year-old Donna Antle, of Jamestown. Antle's vehicle left the roadway and overturned. Flatt's vehicle continued southbound and struck a 2001 Ford SUV operated by 19-year-old Logan Hudson, of Russell Springs. Flatt's vehicle then came to final rest after striking a fence post.
Flatt was not belted and was transported to Russell County Hospital where he was treated and released. Antle was belted and was also transported to Russell County Hospital where she was treated and released. Hudson was belted and flown to University of Kentucky Hospital where he remains in critical condition.
Tpr. Warinner was assisted at the scene by the Russell County Sheriff's Dept., Fire, EMS and Rescue.
