Arrests Made in Fatal Shooting of Damycal Tre Bolton

(Lawrenceburg, KY.) - On Friday, May 13, 2016, four arrests were made for Complicity to Commit Murder in the shooting death of Damycal Tre Bolton. Kendall R. Berry, 28 years old, was arrested and charged with Murder, Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. William L. Edwards, 27 years old, was arrested and charged with Murder, Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. Antonie Q. James, 28 years old, was arrested and charged with Murder. Kenneth R. Berry II, 23 years old, was also arrested and charged with Murder.
The Kentucky State Police are currently working with other police agencies in an attempt to locate two other suspects who are involved with this case.
Kendall Berry, William Edwards, and Kenneth Berry II are lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center. Antoine James is currently at Blackburn Correctional Complex.

(Lawrenceburg, KY.) - Kentucky State Police, Frankfort Post, are investigating a fatal shooting which occurred overnight at Eagle Lake Convention Center in Lawrenceburg, KY.
Kentucky State Police Troopers were on a traffic stop near Eagle Lake Convention Center when they heard what appeared to be multiple gunshots. Troopers rushed to the scene where they found the victim, Damycal Tre Bolton, age 18, of Lexington, in the Convention Center parking lot, unresponsive. Bolton had been fatally wounded in the exchange of gunfire. The Anderson County Coroner pronounced Bolton deceased at the scene.
Kentucky State Police were assisted at the scene by Anderson County Sheriff's Office, Lawrenceburg Police Department, Lexington Metro Police Department, Franklin County Sheriff's Department, Lawrenceburg Fire, Lawrenceburg EMS, and Anderson County Coroner's Office.
