Rowan County Drug Arrest

(Morehead, KY) - On Saturday, June 06, 2015 the Kentucky State Police Post 8 in Morehead received a complaint of trespassing at 2805 US60 East of Morehead. After further investigation, Trooper Michael Armstrong located several methamphetamine precursors. Two subjects were soon located at a residence on White Street in Morehead. David A McCleese, 38, of Morehead was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Alicia Meade, 29, of Olive Hill was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd degree. McCleese and Meade are both lodged at the Rowan County Detention Center. This case remains under investigation by Trooper Michael Armstrong.
