KSP Post 5 Taking Applications for Citizens' Police Academy

(Campbellsburg, KY) – The Kentucky State Police Post 5 will be hosting its Eighth Annual Citizens' Police Academy. The Citizens' Police Academy is a public outreach program that enables participants to gain a better understanding of police operations conducted by State Troopers. The program consists of 12 classes held weekly covering a wide variety of KSP operations. The program will produce informed citizens regarding the actual role of KSP. Classes will be held Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. at Post 5 which is located on Citation Lane in Campbellsburg. There is no cost to participants.
