Single Vehicle Injury Collision on KY 185

(Bowling Green, KY) - On Sunday, June 7, 2015 at approx. 6:29 pm the Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green received a call of a single vehicle injury collision at the 7600 block of KY 185 in Warren County.

The preliminary investigation indicated that Diane Bond (52) of Bowling Green was traveling northbound on KY 185 when she lost control of her vehicle and went off the left side of the roadway striking a ditch, and then a tree, causing the vehicle to overturn and strike another tree where it came to final rest. Bond was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated.

Bond was flown from the scene by AirEvac to the TriStar Skyline Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries. She was believed to be wearing her seat belt at the time of the collision.

The investigation is still ongoing and being led by Trooper Daniel Priddy. He was also assisted on the scene by Trooper Bartley Weaver, the Richardsville Fire Department, Bowling Green Fire Department, and the Medical Center EMS.
