Two Vehicle Injury Collision On US 431

Belton, KY (Muhlenberg County) - The Kentucky State Police investigated a two-vehicle, injury collision that occurred on US 431, approximately one mile south of Belton, on Friday, January 23, at 3:55 p.m.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Ronald Littlepage, 30, of Dunmor, was operating a 1993 Chevy S10 northbound on US 431 when the vehicle lost traction on the snow covered roadway. It crossed into the southbound lane and struck a 2003 Mazda being operated by Adam Lynn, 34, of Paducah.

Mr. Lynn, Mr. Littlepage, and Mr. Littlepage's three juvenile passengers were transported via ambulance to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital for treatment.

Mr. Littlepage was cited to court for Failure to Wear Seat Belt, Booster Seat Violations, and Too Many Passengers in the Front Seat of Vehicle.

Trooper Jon McGehee investigated the collision. Sergeant Matt Jordan, the Beechmont Volunteer Fire Department, and Muhlenberg County EMS assisted at the scene.
