Drug Roundup in Bell County

(Pineville, Ky.) - Troopers and Detectives from Kentucky State Police Post 10 conducted a drug roundup in Bell County on Wednesday morning that stemmed from a nine-month long drug investigation. The investigation concentrated on the sale of crack cocaine, methamphetamine and prescription medications. The Pineville Police Department was used as the processing station. Several troopers, Bell County Sheriff's Office deputies and officers with the Middlesboro and Pineville police departments assisted in the roundup.

The roundup started this morning looking for 25 individuals, as of 2:30 p.m. 15 has been arrested and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.

Those arrested include:

  • Steven Allen, 32, of Blackmont, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • Deana Stevens, 35, of Blackmont, three counts of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, one count of second-degree trafficking a controlled substance
  • Charlotte Hunley, 47, of Blackmont, two counts of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, three counts of second-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • Amber Goins, 18, of Dunlop Hill, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • Bonnie Baker, 26, of Middlesboro, three counts of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • Pamela Goins, 45, of Middlesboro, two counts of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • Irene White, 38, (in Bell County Detention Center), first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • William Ledford, 52, of Middlesboro, two counts of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • Michael Green, 39, of Middlesboro, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, third-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • Earl Carroll, 42, of Middlesboro, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • Michael Nash, 50, of Middlesboro, two counts of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • Brian Patterson, 29, of Middlesboro, two counts of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • Lisa Reed, 50, of Middlesboro, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;
  • Stacey Sparks, 39, of Middlesboro, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance.
  • Sheena Philpot, 31, of Pineville, one count of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, one count of second degree trafficking controlled substance.
