KSP Charges Escapee in Madison County

(Richmond, KY) - On Friday, May 30, 2014 at approximately 9:00 am EDT, the Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post was called and informed that Roger M. Million, 24 years old of Richmond, turned himself in at the Madison County Detention Center. Million is lodged at the Madison County Detention Center, charged with Escape 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree following his alleged escape on Friday, May 23rd. The ongoing investigation is being conducted by Trooper Kenneth Bradley.

KSP Investigates Escape in Madison County

(Richmond, KY) - The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post was notified at approximately 11:45 am EDT, on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 of an escaped inmate from the Madison County Detention Center. Initial investigation has revealed that Roger M. Million, 24 years old of Richmond, escaped from the Madison County Detention Center on Friday, May 23rd, by cutting a hole in the recreation yard fence. Million was in jail serving time for Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Offense.

Trooper Kenneth Bradley is the investigating officer and was assisted by the Madison County Jail and the Richmond Police Department.
