Felony Arrest in Hart County

(Bowling Green, KY.) - On Monday, March 31, 2014, at 9:16 PM CST Kentucky State Police Post 3 responded to 105 Elliott Ave. in Bonnieville in reference to a domestic assault complaint.
Upon arrival, troopers determined through investigation that, James R. Maulden (46) of Bonnieville allegedly threatened and physically assaulted his girlfriend. Also while on scene a bag containing several ingredients needed to manufacture methamphetamine was located.
Mauldin was arrested and transported to the Hart County Jail without incident. His charges including Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st offense, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess, Assault 4th degree (domestic violence minor injury), and Terroristic Threatening, 3rd degree.
Trooper Graham Rutherford is leading the investigation. He was assisted on scene by Trooper Wesley Medley, Trooper Timmy Jewell, Hart County EMS, and the Bonnieville Volunteer Fire Department.
