Search Warrant Leads To Felony Arrests

Madisonville, KY. (Hopkins County) - On Monday, April 21, 2014, at approximately 2:30 p.m., the Kentucky State Police arrested Michelle Radford on felony charges stemming from a 4 month long investigation. Detective Lonnie Kavanaugh received information on December 18, 2013, that Michelle Radford was involved in the theft of funds exceeding $179,000 from an online internet business. Through investigation, a search warrant was obtained for the residence of Michelle and Ronald Radford Jr. As a result, Michelle Radford was arrested and charged with Unlawful Access To A Computer - 1st Degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking $10,000 Or More But Under $1,000,000. Ronald Radford Jr. was at the residence at the time the search warrant was executed and subsequently arrested for Possession Of A Handgun By A Convicted Felon. Both subjects were transported to the Hopkins County Detention Center where they were processed and lodged.
