Two Vehicle Injury Collisions on KY 370

Sebree, KY (Webster County) - The Kentucky State Police are investigating a two vehicle, injury collision that occurred on KY 370, East of Sebree, on Sunday, March 16, 2014, at approximately 2:30 a.m.

Preliminary investigations reveal that a Juvenile was operating a 1997 Toyota Camry, Westbound on KY 370 when she was struck from behind by red truck. The unknown driver of the red truck, a white male, got out of his vehicle and spoke with the juvenile. The male subject then got back into his vehicle and left the scene, in an unknown direction.

The Juvenile then drove herself to the Henderson Methodist Hospital to receive treatment for her injuries. The Juvenile was wearing her seatbelt and there were no passengers in her vehicle.

If anyone has any information in regards to the identity of the driver of the second vehicle, please contact the Kentucky State Police, Madisonville at 270-676-3313. All callers may remain anonymous.


Trooper First Class John Komar is investigating the collision. The Henderson County Sheriffs Office assisted with the investigation.
