Manufacturing Methamphetamine Arrest in Daviess County

(Henderson, KY) - The Kentucky State Police responded to Pleasure Point West in Maceo to investigate drug tip. Upon arrival, Troopers made contact with Gilbert A. Fitzgerald and his brother Michael T. Fitzgerald outside the residence. Gilbert Fitzgerald then allowed Troopers inside the residence and voluntarily turned over methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Inside and outside Fitzgerald's residence, Troopers observed items used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Gilbert A. Fitzgerald's three children (ages 8, 12, 15) were present inside the residence. Gilbert A. Fitzgerald, Michael T. Fitzgerald and Holly M. Rowan were arrested at the scene and lodged into Daviess County Detention Center. Kentucky State Police was assisted at the scene by Daviess County Social Services.

Gilbert A. Fitzgerald, Michael T. Fitzgerald and Holly M. Rowan were charged with:

  • Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st OFF
  • Controlled Substance Endangerment to Child, 4th Degree
  • Unlawful Possession Of Meth Precursor, 1st OFF
  • Poss. of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Off (Methamphetamine)
  • Drug Paraphernalia- Buy/Possess
  • Drug Paraphernalia- Deliver/Manufacture
