Two Hawesville Residents were Arrested on Several Charges

Henderson, KY - Trooper James Gaither responded to an address in Hawesville after receiving information that someone had been growing Marijuana at a residence. After responding to the Vanconey residence, Trooper Gaither discovered Marijuana growing in plain view. Trooper Gaither used that evidence to secure and serve a search warrant on the residence. The search revealed that the Vaconey's were in possession of Methamphetamine as well as precursors to manufacture the product. The Vanconey's were subsequently arrested and lodged at the Breckenridge County Detention Center.

Vanconey was charged with: Cultivating in Marijuana 5 plants or More 1st, Trafficking Control Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Greater than or Equal to 2 Grams Meth, Manufacturing Meth 2nd or Greater Offense, Unlawful Possession Meth Precursor 2nd, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, Drug Paraphernalia Deliver/Manufacture, Unlawful Purchase/Receipt/Acquistition of Ephedrine Produce/Mixtures, Persistant Felony Offender 1st.

Diana L. Vanconey was charged with: Cultivating in Marijuana 5 plants or More 1st, Trafficking Control Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Greater than or Equal to 2 Grams Meth, Manufacturing Meth 1st, Unlawful Possession Meth Precursor 1st, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, Drug Paraphernalia Deliver/Manufacture.
