10 Arrested in Post 11 area in a KSP Drug Round-up

(LONDON, KY.) - On Thursday, April 17, 2014 the Kentucky State Police Post 11, London served numerous arrest warrants on subjects in numerous counties.

The warrants were issued as a result of a three (3) month long investigation into illegal drug activity.

Arrested were:

  1. Jody Rogers, 31, of Lily, KY charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Laurel County.
  2. Jeffery Payne, 43, of Lily, KY charged with two counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Laurel County.
  3. Lillie Smith, 42, of Lily, KY charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Laurel County.
  4. Kenneth Morgan, 42, of London, KY charged with three counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree in Laurel County.
  5. Terry Mullins, 31, of Lily, KY charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Laurel County.
  6. Francis Anderson, 50, of Lily, KY charged with three counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Laurel County.
  7. Brooke Dozier, 24, of Gray, KY charged with three counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree in Knox County.
  8. Raymond Lewis, 51, of Rockholds, KY charged with four counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Whitley County.
  9. Damon Lewis, 50, of Rockholds, KY charged with three counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Whitley County.
  10. Michael Irvin, 19, of Williamsburg, KY charged with two counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Whitley County.

Additional arrests are expected.

KSP Post 11-London Detective Don Sivils is the lead investigator and was assisted by officers from the Kentucky State Police Post 11, Whitley County Sheriff's Office, Knox County Sheriff's Office, Laurel County Sheriff's Office and the Laurel County Detention Center.
