Drug Arrest in Bell County

(Pineville, Ky.) - On November 14, 2014 Trooper Aaron Fredrick received information that a Randy Miller was attempting to purchase meth precursors. Upon further investigation, Tpr. Fredrick and Tpr. Wayne Hensley located Mr. Miller in the Browning trailer park loop at a residence in the Pineville community of Bell County. Troopers conducted a search of the residence and located several items used to manufacture methamphetamine along with suspected finished methamphetamine.
Tpr. Fredrick arrested Randy Miller, 40, Eunice Lingar, 34, Katherine Elliot, 40, Brandon Foister, 21 all of Pineville. All four individuals were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine 1st degree, unlawful possession of meth precursors 1st, and possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
Case is still under investigation by Tpr. Fredrick. He was assisted at the scene by Tpr. Hensley, Tpr. Joey Brigmon, and Sgt. Jason Joseph
