Bell and Knox County Drug Round-up

(Pineville, Ky.) - On June 4, 2014, Kentucky State Police troopers from Post 10 conducted a drug round-up in Bell and Knox Counties. This stems from a 10 month investigation into illegal sale of narcotics in the Bell and Knox County area. The investigation continues by KSP Detectives. More arrest is pending. Pineville Police Department assisted KSP with the round-up.

The following were arrested and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.

  1. Charles Parker, 59, of Middlesboro, charged with two counts of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense.
  2. Brittany Nida, 21, of Middlesboro, charged with one count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense.
  3. Ricky Baker, 27, of Middlesboro, charged with one count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense.
  4. Jack Hurst, 53, of Middlesboro, charged with three counts of tracking controlled substance 2nd deg 1st offense.
  5. Jazzata Brown, 24, of Middlesboro, charged with two counts of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense.
  6. Charles Shelby, 66, of Middlesboro, charged with two counts of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense and one count of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense.
  7. Derick Farrow, 25, of Middlesboro, charged with one count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense and one count of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense.
  8. Terry Farrow, 49, of Middlesboro, charged with and one count of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense.
  9. Avery Howard, 33, of Middlesboro, charged with one count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense.
  10. >The following were lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center. Richard Neal, 38, of Middlesboro, charged with two counts of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense and one count of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense.
  11. Jonathan Hill, 29, of Middlesboro, charged with two counts of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense.
