Wanted Person Arrested in Floyd County

Anthony Gillespie

(Grethel, Ky.) - On Monday December 16, 2013 at 9:45 P.M. Troopers from Post 9, Pikeville executed an arrest warrant on Anthony Gillespie at a residence in the Grethel community of Floyd County. Gillespie was arrested without incident and lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center. KSP Post 9, Pikeville appreciates the assistance from community members in locating Gillespie.

KSP Post Attempting to Locate Wanted Person

(Pikeville, Ky.) - KSP Post 9, Pikeville is requesting assistance from the public in locating Anthony Gillespie. Gillespie is a resident of Floyd County and is thought to be staying in the Branhams Creek area of Floyd County or in the Lexington area. KSP Post 9 has arrest warrants for Gillespie for 2 counts of Robbery, 1 count of Kidnapping, 1 count of Theft by Unlawful Taking, and 1 count of Assault First. Gillespie is to be considered dangerous and should not be confronted by the public. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Gillespie is asked to contact Kentucky State Police Post 9, Pikeville at 1-800-222-5555 or (606) 433-7711.
