(Morehead, KY) - On December 8, 2013 at 1:40 A.M. Kentucky State Police in Morehead was requested to respond to a shooting that occurred at 2731 North Convict Pike in the Sharpsburg community in Bath County. Sergeant Jim Bowling and Trooper David Hobbs responded to the scene along with the Bath County Sheriff's Department. Upon arrival it was determined that Tim and Shea-la Anderson had been involved in a domestic dispute in which Mr. Anderson assaulted Mrs. Anderson and their juvenile son. After the assault had occurred Mrs. Anderson and her son went next door to her father, Josh Little, and brother's, Jarrod Little, residence. Mr. Anderson then drove to the residence and was yelling into the residence for them to come outside. Josh and Jarrod Little went outside and advised Anderson that he needed to leave the property. Anderson then drove toward Josh and Jarrod Little and was shot multiple times by a 17 year old juvenile. Mr. Anderson was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital in Mt. Sterling and then later transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, where he is listed in stable condition. Mrs. Anderson and her son were transported to the St. Claire Medical Center in Morehead, where they were treated and released for minor injuries.
