Recovered Stolen UK 2013 Men's Basketball Tickets

(Owingsville, KY) - On October 23, 2013 Kentucky State Police received a complaint of a suspicious person at the Frosty Freeze Restaurant in the Bath County community of Midland. Trooper Nathan Shortridge responded to the complaint and obtained information that Jackie M. Baty, 23 years of age, was attempting to sell a set of 2013 University of Kentucky Wildcat basketball tickets. Trooper Shortridge was able to ascertain that the tickets belonged to Baty's neighbor, Donna R. Kirby, of Clay City, KY. All of the tickets were in the ticket book with the exception of the first game. Baty was charged with Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000 and lodged in the Montgomery County Detention Center.
