Wellington Man Killed in a Collision on Maytown Road

(Maytown, KY)-- On January 12, 2013 at 9:03 P.M. the Kentucky State Police responded to a fatal collision in the Maytown community of Morgan County. William D. Rudd 69, of Wellington, KY was traveling west bound on Maytown Road when he failed to negotiate a curve and struck a guardrail. Mr. Rudd's vehicle overturned and came to a final rest in the creek. William D. Rudd, was transported to the Morgan County ARH Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The collision remains under investigation by Trooper Grant Faulkner.
