Three Arrested at Gallatin County Meth Lab

(Sparta, KY) – Three Gallatin County men were arrested after Troopers found a meth lab while attempting to serve a warrant. Troopers went to the home at 3283 Highway 465 to serve an arrest warrant for Manufacturing Methamphetamine on Jamison Clark, 34 years old from Sparta, KY. While serving the warrant, Troopers found an inactive meth lab in the living room. A search warrant was obtained and a second inactive lab was discovered in a bag in the kitchen. Clark was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 2nd, Unlawful Possession of a Meth Precursor, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Jeffrey Lape, 47 years old, and Jeffrey Branan, 26 years old, both from Sparta, KY, were each charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st, Unlawful Possession of a Meth Precursor, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. All subjects were lodged at the Carroll County Detention Center.
