Gallatin County Man Arrested for Growing Marijuana

(Warsaw, KY) -- A Gallatin County man was arrested yesterday and charged with growing marijuana at his home at 96 Highway 42 East outside of Warsaw. Troopers went to the home of Timothy Miles, 57 years old from Warsaw, KY, after marijuana was spotted on his property from a helicopter. Troopers found 43 marijuana plants in a garden behind the home and in shrubbery in the front of the home. Miles was charged with Cultivation of Marijuana Over 5 Plants, 2nd Offense and was lodged at the Carroll County Detention Center. Trooper Brandon Maupin is continuing the ongoing investigation.
