Five Arrested at Gallatin County Meth Lab

(Sparta, KY) -- Five people were arrested Saturday morning (1/12) after Troopers found an old meth lab in the home at 3102 Boone Road in Sparta, KY. Troopers, acting on an anonymous tip, went to the home and were granted permission to search the residence. During the search, Troopers located an inactive meth lab as well as ingredients used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. The five people arrested at the home were Tonya Daulton (46 years old from Glencoe, KY), Jonathan Clark (27 years old from Sparta, KY), Mark Kindle (48 years old from Glencoe, KY), Elender Karshner (45 years old from Sparta, KY), and Janet Gibson (40 years old from Worthville, KY). Each subject was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Unlawful Distribution of a Meth Precursor, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. All of the subjects were lodged at the Carroll County Detention Center.

Trooper Patrick Stucker is leading the ongoing investigation. Trooper Stucker was assisted at the scene by the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office.
