Collision Leads to Felony Arrest in Warren County

(Bowling Green, KY) -- On Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at 11:00 P.M. Kentucky State Police Post 3 Trooper Shae Foley responded to a collision on Fairview Boiling Springs Road in Warren County.
According to Trooper Foley, the operator, Keirsten Jaggers (47) of Smiths Grove, Kentucky was traveling on Fairview Boiling Springs Road when she failed to negotiate a left hand turn at the intersection of Fairview Boiling Springs and Boiling Springs Road. Ms Jaggers then struck an earth embankment and came to final rest against a residence located in that vicinity.
Ms Jaggers was arrested on the following charges:
- Reckless Driving
- Criminal Mischief 1st
- Wanton Endangerment 1st (Two Counts)
- DUI 1st
- Possession of Control Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense
- Prescription Drug Not in Proper Container
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Ms Jaggers was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
The investigation is still ongoing and is being led by Trooper Shae Foley.
