Drug Arrest in Hopkins County

Nortonville, KY (Hopkins County) - On Friday, December 27, 2013 Trooper Joseph Bartolotti, Unit 325 with the Kentucky State Police executed a search warrant at the residence of Daniel D. Holeman in Nortonville. During the execution of the search warrant, Methamphetamine, Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia were located inside the residence. Daniel D. Holeman was charged with Execution of Warrant for complicity to Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense, and complicity to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in addition to Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Timothy D. Sherman was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense, Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Robert L. Hancock was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense, Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Holeman, Sherman, and Hancock were lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center. Trooper Bartolotti was assisted by Sergeant Nicholas Rice, Unit 171, Trooper Jonathan Murphy, Unit 292, Trooper Cody Kromer, Unit 278 and the Hopkins County Sheriff's Department.
