Two Dawson Springs Residents Arrested on Drug Charges

Madisonville, KY. - On Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 4:54 P.M., the Kentucky State Police and Dawson Springs Police Department executed a search warrant on the residence of Phillip and Tori Hawkins in Dawson Springs. The warrant was obtained as a result of a joint investigation between the two agencies. Upon execution of the search warrant, officers located a quantity of methamphetamine, synthetic marijuana, digital scales, packaging material, a small amount of currency, and drug paraphernalia used to ingest the drugs located.

Matthew D. Foe age 26 was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Synthetic Cannabinoid, Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoid, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense-Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense-Methamphetamine, Tampering With Physical Evidence.

Pamela T. Morris age 33 was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Synthetic Cannabinoid, Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoid, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense-Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense-Methamphetamine.

Both were lodged into the Hopkins County Detention Center.
