Three Dawson Springs Resident Arrested

Madisonville, KY. ? On Tuesday, November 26. 2013 at approximately 4:26 pm the Kentucky State Police and members of the Dawson Springs Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence on East Walnut Street in Dawson Springs. Upon the execution of the search warrant officers located suspected synthetic drugs, digital scales, and material used to package drugs. During the search of the residence, Mr. Tossi was located hiding in an attic crawl space and it was discovered that he had two active Hopkins County bench warrants.

Lawrence C. Tossi age 22 of Dawson Springs was arrested for Execution of two Hopkins County Bench Warrants, Trafficking in Synthetic Cannabinoid Agonist or Piperazines, Possession of Simulated Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Emily C. Hammons age 19 of Dawson Springs was arrested for Trafficking in Synthetic Cannabinoid Agonist or Piperazines, Possession of Simulated Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Hindering Apprehension 2nd Degree.

Elizabeth A. Massey age 26 of Dawson Springs was arrested for Trafficking in Synthetic Cannabinoid Agonist or Piperazines, Possession of Simulated Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Hindering Apprehension 2nd Degree.

All three were lodged into the Hopkins County Detention Center.
