Hopkins County Detention Center Death Investigation
Date of News Release: 03/03/2013
(Madisonville, KY) -- At 6:01 a.m. (03/03/13) Kentucky State Police Post 2 Madisonville was notified of a deceased inmate at the Hopkins County Detention Center. Charles W. Young, Age 63, was pronounced deceased by the Hopkins County Coroner Dennis Mayfield. An autopsy will be performed next date at the Western Kentucky Medical Examiner's Office in Madisonville.
No foul play is suspected.
The investigation is continuing by Detective Lloyd Ray.
