Fire that Destroyed Greenville Home Determined to be Intentional

Greenville, KY. (Muhlenberg County) – The fire that destroyed a Greenville home in early February appears to have been set.
The Kentucky State Police, along with the State Fire Marshal's Office, is currently investigating a fire that destroyed a residence located at 3721 State Route 176, Greenville.
On Saturday, February 9, 2013, just after 8:00 p.m., the KSP was contacted in reference to the fire. The residence was a total loss. No one was home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries. Investigators from the KSP and the State Fire Marshal's Office have determined that the fire was an intentional act perpetrated by an unknown person or persons at this time.
