DUI Injury Collision on KY-181
Date of News Release: 01/13/2013
Madisonville, KY. -- James May was traveling north on KY-181 and for no apparent reason gradually veered off the right shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle traveled several hundred feet before striking a tree. Mr. May was transported by ambulance to Muhlenberg Community Hospital and was cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense and failure to wear seat belt. Toxicology results are pending.
