Clinton Man Injured in a Collision on KY 58

Date of News Release: 02/01/2013

(Hickory, KY) -- Mr. Tevin Phelps was traveling east on KY 58 when his vehicle crossed a patch of black ice. Mr. Phelps lost control of his vehicle, which exited the roadway, overturned and came to final rest off the north side of the roadway.

Kentucky State Police was assisted on scene by the Mayfield Grave County Ambulance Service who transported Mr. Phelps with non-life threatening injuries.
