Three Arrested in Ohio County on Meth Charges

(Henderson, KY) -- Kentucky State Police and Ohio County Sheiff's Office responded to Shreve Road to serve a warrant. Upon investigation, an active meth lab was located inside the residence. A quantity of methampethine and drug paraphernalia were located.

Jeffrey Small was arrested and charged with Manufacuring methamphetamine 1st offense, Unlawful possession of meth precursor 1st offense, Drug paraphernalia buy or possess, possession of control substance 1st degree, 1st offense (meth) and lodged into the Ohio County Detention Center.

Tracy Bratcher was also arrested and charged with Manufacturing methamphetamine 2nd offense, Unlawful possession of meth precursor 1st offense, Possession control substance 1st degree, 1st offense (meth), Drug paraphernalia buy/possess and lodged into the Ohio County Detention Center.

Crystal Warfield was also arrested and charged with Manufacturing methamphetamine 1st offense, Unlawful possession of meth precursor 1st offense, Possession control substance 1st degree, 1st offense (meth), Drug paraphernalia buy/possess and lodged into the Ohio County Detention Center.
