Drug Arrest in Hancock County

(Henderson, KY) -- Kentucky State Police, Hancock County Sheriff Office, and Hawesville Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 3617 KY 1389 Hawesville, KY. Upon further investigation, officers discovered the remnants of a one pot methamphetamine lab and numerous items used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. William E. Wilkerson was arrested at the scene and Amanda M. Adkins was transported to the Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perry County Indiana with minor burns sustained from the fire. The incident is still under investigation and further arrests are likely.
