Casey County Man on Post 15 Most Wanted List Arrested

An image of James H. Shell, escape inmate, click here to enlarge(Columbia, KY) - 48-year-old James H Shell of Liberty, was arrested on Wednesday, October 30th at 9:15 AM CST at Post 15. Shell walked away from being on work release while incarcerated at the Marion County Detention Center on March 17, 2010. He was being held there on charges of Flagrant Non-Support. Additionally, Shell was charged with Assault 4th on a warrant from Casey County. He was lodged in the Adair County Jail.

(Lebanon, Ky.) -- On 03/17/2009 a 45-year-old James H. Shell escaped from the Marion County Detention Center at approximately 2:30 PM EDT while on work release at the Marion County Animal Shelter. Mr. Shell is a 5'9", 250 pound, white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is a diabetic and does require medication. Mr. Shell was being held for Flagrant Non-Support. His direction of travel and mode of transportation are unknown at this time.
