Marion County Injury Collision

(LEBANON, Ky.) -- Tpr. Casey Wethington is investigating a collision that occurred today, 8 miles west of Lebanon on US 0068. 81-year-old James K. Fox of Springfield was traveling west on US 0068, operating a 2003 Chrysler Van when he rear ended a 2006 Ford. The Ford was operated by 52-year-old Janice Mattingly of Campbellsville. Mattingly was westbound and stopped in traffic, attempting to make a left turn. Fox and a passenger, 45-year-old David Hedges of Campbellsville were both wearing seatbelts and were treated and released from Taylor Regional Hospital.
