Marion County Injury Collision

(Lebanon, Ky.) – Trooper Jonathan Houk is investigating a collision that occurred today (February 02, 2013) at approximately 8:40 AM EDT in the limits of St. Mary's on KY 84. The collision occurred when 18-year-old David Mattingly of Lebanon attempted to exit a private drive onto KY84. Mattingly was operating a 1999 Chevy when he pulled into the path of a 2008 Dodge, operated by 35-year-old Richard Murphy of Lebanon. Murphy was traveling east on KY84. Both Mattingly and Murphy were belted at the time of the collision. Murphy was transported to Spring View Hospital where he was treated and released.
