One Killed in a Collision on Highway 119N in Whitesburg

(Whitesburg, KY) -- On 3/6/2013 at approximately 7:57 PM, The Kentucky State Police Post in Hazard received a report of a 2 vehicle collision on Highway 119N in Whitesburg. It was determined a vehicle driven by Felecia Ramsey was traveling North when the driver lost control on ice and struck a vehicle driven by Martha Ratliff. Felecia Ramsey was pronounced deceased at the scene and the driver of the second vehicle was transported to the Whitesburg ARH for injuries. Kentucky State Police in Hazard investigating.
