Injury Collision on KY 801

(Morehead, KY) -- On Monday, December 17, 2012 at 6.20 a.m. Kentucky State Police in Morehead was notified of a two vehicle injury accident on KY801 North near the 133 exit ramp of Interstate 64. Seth A. Hollingsworth, 31 of Olive Hill, was traveling northbound on KY801 in a 2011 Dodge Ram pickup. Mr. Hollingsworth was attempting to turn left onto Interstate 64 when he struck a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by Cody G. Crady, 29 of Salt Lick head on. Seth A. Hollingsworth and Cody G. Crady were transported to St Claire Medical Center in Morehead and later released. Clyde Elliott, 56 of Grayson was a passenger in Mr. Hollingsworth's vehicle. Mr. Elliott was transported to St. Claire Medical Center and later transferred to the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. The accident remains under investigation by CVE Officer Tommy Jones.
