KSP Makes Arrest Associated With Skeletal Remains

(Morehead, KY) -- On Thursday, August 30, 2012 at approximately 3:42 a.m., Kentucky State Police arrested Mariano Arias, 27 in Fleming County and was placed in the Mason County Detention Center. Arias, identified as a migrant worker, was charged with two counts of Murder in association with the two skeletal remains that was found on Delaney Road in Ewing, KY.
On Friday, April 27, 2012 Kentucky State Police at Morehead identified a human skull that was located in a drainage ditch on Delaney Road, Ewing, KY. It was later discovered that two separate skeletal remains were identified.
