Injury Accident in Menifee County

(Frenchburg, KY) -- On Monday, June 18, 2012 at 7:09 a.m. Kentucky State Police, Post 8, Morehead received a report of an injury accident on KY36 East near the 2.3 mile marker from Menifee County Dispatch. Trooper Michael Armstrong responded to the scene along with Menifee county E.M.S. and Fire. Adine Auerbach, age 49, of Owingsville was operating a 2005 Toyota Matrix East on KY36 when she failed to negotiate a curve due to wet road conditions and left the roadway causing the vehicle to overturn. Ms. Auerbach was transported to Saint Joseph Hospital in Mt. Sterling for treatment of minor injuries sustained during the accident. The accident remains under investigation by Trooper Michael Armstrong.
