Death Investigation in Wolfe County
Date of News Release: 06/07/2012
(Campton, KY) -- On June 7, 2012, Kentucky State Police Morehead was notified by Wolfe County Sheriff's Office of an accident involving a tractor. Donald Banks, 59 of Campton, was operating a tractor while cutting weeds on his property. Mr. Banks was operating on a steep bank when his tractor lost traction and overturned. Mr. Banks was pronounced deceased at the scene. The accident remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police Morehead.
