Two Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision on Bolin Branch Road

(West Liberty, KY) -- On Tuesday, June 05, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. Kentucky State Police Morehead was notified by Morgan County Dispatch of a single vehicle injury accident on Bolin Branch Road in Morgan County. Tiffany Roberts, 24 of Ezel, was traveling eastbound on the left fork of Bolin Branch Road when a cat in the vehicle attacked a passenger. Ms. Roberts attempted to pull the cat from the passenger Shirley Parton, 64 of West Liberty, causing the vehicle to travel off the roadway over an embankment and overturning. Both Tiffany Roberts and Shirley Parton were transported to Morgan ARH Hospital in West Liberty with minor injuries. The accident remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police Morehead.
