Shane Elkins Extradited Back to Kentucky

(Morehead, KY) – On Thursday, May 25, 2012 at 0825 hours, Kentucky State Police Morehead Sergeant Rob Prater and Detective Donnie McGraw extradited Shane T. Elkins back to the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Mr. Elkins was indicted on August, 22, 2011 for the murder of Michael Dean Bartley of Ezel that occurred on January 22, 1998 at Mr. Bartley's residence, a Governor's warrant was obtained for Capital Murder. Case remains under investigation by Detective Donnie McGraw.
