Morgan County Burglary Investigation

(West Liberty, KY) -- On April 9, 2012 at 2:41pm Kentucky State Police Morehead received a phone call from Scott Kemplin advising that two unknown females were trespassing on his tornado damaged property located at 524 Bays Bend Road, West Liberty, KY. Through further investigation items took from the residence were sold to Grassy Creek Scrap. Grassy Creek Scrap obtained the information on the female suspect and vehicle description. Trooper Darrell Hutchinson, Unit 489 later initiated a traffic stop and located Marsha J. Risner, 35 of Ezel as a passenger in a 1995 Gold Toyota Camry. Ms. Risner was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, Possession of Burglary Tools and Public Intoxication. Additional arrests pending and case remains under the investigation of Trooper Jonathan Moore, Unit 749.
