DUI Injury Collision on McBrayer Road in Morehead, KY

(Morehead, KY) -- On Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at 7:35 pm Kentucky State Police Morehead was notified by Rowan County Dispatch Center in reference to an injury accident on McBrayer Road near Oakdale Drive. Arnold W. Mabry was extremely intoxicated while operating a 1997 Chevrolet Pickup Truck eastbound on McBrayer Road when he lost control of the vehicle exiting the right side of the roadway striking a tree coming to a final rest. Mr. Mabry had to be extricated from the vehicle by mechanical means by the Farmers Volunteer Fire Department. Mr. Mabry was transported to Saint Claire Regional Hospital by Rowan County Emergency Medical Service. Accident remains under investigation by Trooper Chris Jones.
