Injury Collision on I-64 at the 135 MM

(Morehead, KY) -- On Thursday, March 15, 2012, Kentucky State Police Morehead received a call for service of a single vehicle accident on I-64 at the 135 eastbound mile marker. James Mullins, 57 of Mount Sterling, was traveling eastbound in a 1999 Ford Taurus. Mr. Mullins lost control of the vehicle on the bridge at the 135 eastbound mile marker. Mr. Mullins struck the bridge and came to rest in the middle of the interstate. Mr. Mullins was transported to Saint Claire Medical Center in Morehead, KY with non life-threatening injuries. The accident remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police Morehead.
